Specialist expertise, with a child-first approach.

Dr. Shadfar’s interest in pediatric dentistry developed during dental school and led to dedicated specialty training in children’s dental care.

He completed his DMD at the University of Pittsburgh and his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Centre in Brooklyn, New York. After returning to Canada, he established his North Vancouver pediatric dental office in 2012.

His professional memberships and certifications reflect an ongoing focus on pediatric dentistry, while the practice itself is built around empathy, behavioural understanding and positive early experiences.
